TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern the use of the website whoselegant.army and all purchases made through it. The site is operated by Whoselegant Oy (Business ID 3441082-5), Kylmälänkyläntie 344, 91500 Muhos, Finland. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.
1. USE OF THE SITE
You may browse and shop on this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, to disrupt its operation, to scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or to use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens and physical garments. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed; if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and refund the item in full.
3. ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are shown in euro and include Finnish VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs and, where applicable, duties and import taxes are shown before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order placed at an incorrect price.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
See our Return and refund policy. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including the ELEGANT® name, logos, designs, product photography, graphics and text — is owned by Whoselegant Oy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
6. USER CONTENT
If you send us content such as reviews, photos or videos, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content in our marketing. You remain the owner of your content and are responsible for having the rights to it. We may remove content that is unlawful or offensive.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments, delivery and certain site features are provided by third parties (for example payment providers and carriers). Their own terms and privacy practices apply to those services.
8. LIABILITY
We are liable for defective products and for our own errors in accordance with mandatory Finnish consumer legislation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as customs holds, strikes or extreme weather. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by Finnish law. If a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service, a consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi) after first contacting the Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
