RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have the right to return or exchange all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed products in resellable condition.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Returns are handled through your customer account — you do not need to email us first.

  1. Log in at account.whoselegant.army with the email address used for your order. You will receive a six-digit login code by email.
  2. Open the order, select the items you want to return and choose Request return.
  3. Once your request is approved, the return instructions and return address are sent to you by email.
  4. Your refund is issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.

WHO PAYS THE RETURN SHIPPING

  • Finland — free. We cover the return shipping.
  • All other countries. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Defective or damaged items — free everywhere.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

Request a return as described above and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right size.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact whooselegant@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund free of charge. If the package is visibly damaged on arrival, report it to the courier at the time of delivery.

CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS

You can cancel an order, including a pre-order, free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Email whooselegant@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund you in full. No cancellation fee is charged.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The 30-day policy above is more generous and applies instead.
