Orders ship from Muhos, Finland (US orders from our US warehouse). In-stock sizes are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days; pre-order sizes ship when production is ready — the product page shows which one you are buying. After dispatch: Finland 1–2 business days (Matkahuolto), EU 3–6 business days, UK, USA and Canada 2–6 business days.

Yes — free on every order to Finland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the USA. To the rest of the EU shipping is free on orders over €150. Other countries see the exact price at checkout.

Inside the EU there are no duties — we ship from Finland. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are either added at checkout (shown before you pay) or collected by the carrier on delivery, depending on the country.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves. You can also check it on the Track your order page.

When a size is out of stock you can still order it. It is made for you and the product page shows the estimated production time before you buy. We email you a tracking link when it is on its way, and you can cancel free of charge any time before it ships.

Most of our hoodies have a baggy cut — dropped shoulders, wide sleeves and a long body. Take your normal size for the intended look, or one size down for a closer fit. The Reversible Hoodie is snugger: size up if you are between sizes. Each product page shows the fit scale and the model’s height and size.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed with tags attached. Just email whooselegant@gmail.com with your order number and the items you are returning — no login needed. See the returns page for the steps.

The customer pays return shipping, in every country. If an item is defective, damaged or wrong, the return is always free — email us first with a photo.

Tell us the size you want in your return email. Fastest option: place a new order for the right size straight away and we refund the original item when it arrives.

Heavyweight 400 gsm cotton fleece, garment-dyed for a deep, lived-in colour. The exact composition is on the care label of each garment.

Wash at 30 °C inside out with similar colours, do not tumble dry and dry flat. Iron inside out on low heat and never over the logo.
