Whoselegant Oy sells clothing and related products to private customers in Finland, across Europe and internationally. All prices displayed in our online store include value-added tax (VAT).

By placing an order through our website, you accept these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you have read and understood them.

Ordering

Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. All customer information is handled confidentially and used solely for processing and delivering orders, or for resolving any issues related to the order.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods via Shopify Payments: Shop Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX) and Apple Pay. All card payments are processed securely.

Order & payment confirmation

After a successful order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation serves as proof that your order has been received and is being processed.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

We sell two kinds of items, and every product page tells you which one you are buying.

In stock — dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
Made to order — produced for you. Production takes 3–7 weeks.

Delivery times below are counted from dispatch, not from the order date.

Finland — 1–2 business days
Europe — 3–6 business days
Bulgaria, Greece, Monaco, Romania, Switzerland — 2–5 business days
United Kingdom — 2–5 business days
United States and Canada — 3–6 business days

For orders to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, all duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Orders within the EU include Finnish VAT and are not subject to any customs charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order, including a made-to-order item, free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Email us with your order number and we will refund you in full.

Returns & exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your order in whole or in part within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed items in resellable condition.

Finland — free returns.
All other countries — return shipping is paid by the customer.
Defective or damaged items — free everywhere.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at whooselegant@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund free of charge. If the package has been damaged during delivery, report it to the courier immediately upon receipt.

Privacy & data protection

All customer information is handled in accordance with applicable Finnish and EU data protection laws (including GDPR). Personal data is used only for order processing, delivery and customer communication. We do not share customer data with third parties without consent, except when required by law or necessary to complete the order (for example payment and logistics providers). See our Privacy policy.
