In-stock items

• Dispatched: within 24 hours on business days
• Finland: 1–2 business days from dispatch
• Europe: 3–6 business days from dispatch
• Bulgaria, Greece, Monaco, Romania, Switzerland: 2–5 business days from dispatch
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days from dispatch
• United States and Canada: 3–6 business days from dispatch

Made-to-order items

Some of our products are produced for you after you order. This is shown on the product page before you buy.

• Production time: 3–7 weeks
• The delivery times above are added once the item has been dispatched.
• You can cancel a made-to-order item free of charge at any time before it is dispatched.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Nothing to pay on delivery. For orders to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, all duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Orders within the EU include Finnish VAT and are not subject to any customs charges.
