Whoselegant Oy sells clothing and related products to private customers in Finland, across Europe, and internationally. All prices displayed in our online store include value-added tax (VAT).

By placing an order through our website, you accept these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you have read and understood them.


Ordering

Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. All customer information is handled confidentially and used solely for processing and delivering orders, or for resolving any issues related to the order.

In-stock items

Products in stock are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Finland: within 48 hours
Europe: 3–7 business days
International (e.g. United States): 6–12 business days


Pre-order items

All pre-order items are made to order.

Estimated delivery times:

Finland: 4–6 weeks
Europe: 5–7 weeks
International (e.g. United States): 6–9 weeks


We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays.


Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your order in whole or in part within 30 days of receiving the product.

Finland: Free returns
Europe & International: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns are only accepted for unused and resellable items.
