Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your order, in whole or in part, within 30 days of receiving the product.


Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

  • Original tags and packaging (if applicable) should be included.

  • Returns are only accepted if these conditions are met.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged items.


How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us by email at whooselegant@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    ➡️ We respond to all emails within 24 hours.

  2. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return address by email.

  3. Include your name and contact details inside the return package.


Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same steps as for returns.

  • Once your return has been received and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days at whooselegant@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

  • If your package has been visibly damaged during delivery, please report it to the courier immediately upon receipt.
